What are the check-in and check-out times?

POPLAR WILL HAVE A CAMPING SITE!
We have an agreement with Camping Laghi di Lamar, a resort nestled in nature, just a 15-minute drive from the festival entrance, at the foot of the Paganella and very close to the Laghi di Lamar. You can camp in tents, campers, or chalets.
HOW TO BOOK?
You can book directly on the camping site. Just check the 'Convenzione Poplar Festival' option. By showing your ticket at the reception, you will receive a 15% discount on tent/camper/caravan spots for bookings from September 10 to 15. If you don’t have a tent, you can stay in chalets or mobile homes, which also enjoy a 15% discount with a minimum reservation of 3 nights.
WHICH SERVICES CAN I USE?
You will have free access to the bar-restaurant, mini market, and swimming pool. Additionally, all pitches have electrical hookups and Wi-Fi. The facilities include a laundry and ironing room, a nursery, a dishwashing area, and accessible restrooms. Parking is free, and pets are allowed
HOW CAN I REACH THE CAMPING SITE IF I DON'T HAVE A CAR?
We have activated a Poplar shuttle that – from September 11th to 14th – will connect:
the "Brescia Piedicastello" stop (8 minutes on foot from the train station and 2 minutes on foot from the festival entrance)
the M. Terlago Htl 2 laghi stop (5 minutes on foot from the campsite, going up this small road)
The travel time is approximately 20 minutes. Info and booking soon!
HOW CAN I TRAVEL TO AND FROM THE CAMPSITE IF I ARRIVE ON THE 11th AND LEAVE ON THE 16th?
All daily trips will be supplemented by the B206 and B230 intercity buses, which will instead connect:
the Trento Bus Station (3 minutes on foot from the train station)
The M. Terlago Htl 2 laghi stop (5 minutes on foot from the campsite, going up this small road)
The travel time is approximately 35 minutes. If you stay for at least 2 nights, you can request your Trentino Guest Card directly at the campsite, which will allow you to use all public transportation in Trentino for free during your stay.

REQUEST YOUR TRENTINO GUEST CARD!
If you stay in Trentino for at least 2 nights, you can request your Trentino Guest Card directly at the camping site (or any other participating accommodation). This card will allow you to use all public transportation in Trentino for the duration of your stay for free, and access discounts and promotions for guided tours, museums, and experiences.
Near the camping site, you can take a dip in the Laghi di Lamar.
From the campsite, it is possible to reach the lakes:
→ By car or with the local bus (4 min)
→ On foot via a forest trail (25 min)
→ By bicycle (10 min)
At the camping site, you can rent e-bikes and mountain bikes.

How can I modify my booking?

You can modify your booking up to 30 days before check-in by contacting the camping directly at laghidilamar@gmail.com or by calling 0461860423.
Can I bring my own tent or are tents already available at the camping site?

At the camping site, you can reserve a pitch, but you will need to bring your own tent. If you don’t have a tent, you can stay in chalets or mobile homes, which can also be booked on the site www.laghidilamar.com.
Why is camping not allowed at Doss Trento?

The Doss Trento Nature Park is a forest overlooking the city and hosts protected species of flora and fauna. For this reason, camping is not permitted at Doss Trento.
Where can I park if I come with a camper?

If you want to combine your stay with a nature experience, you can stay at Camping Laghi di Lamar. Alternatively, for a more practical solution in the city, you can park at Parcheggio Zuffo (10 minutes on foot from the festival entrance).
