Location
Poplar concerts take place on Doss Trento, one of the most beautiful monumental parks in Trentino.
A locus amoenus overlooking the city, with its protected and untouched nature. Doss is in the heart of Trento but, at the same time, it exists in a space-time dimension separate from the rest. The setting will be the majestic mausoleum built in honor of Cesare Battisti. Cesare Battisti was an Italian patriot, journalist, geographer, socialist politician, and irredentist.
Once at the Doss, you will find two stages, and maybe a few surprises.
It’ll be a back-and-forth between the Doss and the Volt stages, with no overlap, so you won’t miss a single moment of each day’s musical marathon. Since 2025, Eden stage has joined the lineup: a little paradise perched on a brand-new terrace overlooking the Adige Valley. Expect a seamless flow of DJs and hybrid sets, running continuously from gate opening until late into the night. And if you need to catch your breath, there’s a dedicated chill area waiting for you. Partying is great, but taking it easy is sacred. But that’s not all—more surprises are coming soon.
Access to Doss Trento is exclusively on foot, via a path that offers a spectacular panoramic view of the city.
The elevation gain to be covered is just 120 meters (a 10/15-minute uphill walk), and access will be exclusively via the entrances at Via Brescia 48 or Piazzale Divisioni Alpine. However, at Poplar, we care about your needs. Therefore, car access will be allowed in cases of disability or special requirements, which you can communicate to us by writing to info@poplarfestival.it.
We will do our best to meet your requests and respond as quickly as possible.
Where to park?
If you come by car, there is a large parking area in the Piedicastello area at Lungadige San Nicolò, Ex-Italcementi (7 minutes on foot from the trailhead), or, in the Lungadige area, the Zuffo parking lot (10 minutes on foot from the trailhead).
You can then reach the event location on foot by following the signs to the access points.
