Poplar Utopia 2025 takes place in Rovereto, at Corso Angelo Bettini no. 43, at the Mart (Museum of Modern and Contemporary Art of Trento and Rovereto).

Doors will open at 2:30 PM for activities inside the Museum. Concerts will end at 12:30 AM, and afterparties at 2:00 AM.

The ticket guarantees access to the concerts in the square, under the Museum's dome, and also allows free entry to all the museum's permanent and temporary collections and afternoon activities, until capacity is reached. Access to the afterparties is guaranteed with a full pass. There will be a limited number of entries for daily ticket holders, with a 'one in, one out' policy. Access to the special Pop X live show is possible with a DAY 2 daily ticket or a full pass. Since it takes place in the Garage, capacity is limited. Detailed information will be available soon.

Shuttle buses will be available for the return trip from Rovereto to Trento at the end of the event. Here is the link to book.

Entry is free for children under 12 years old if accompanied by an adult, and for companions of people with disabilities. To request a free entry, write to us at info@poplarfestival.it.

Starting from 6:00 PM, our food stalls will be active in the Mart Square: sandwiches with hamburger/veggie options (€5-6), pulled pork sandwiches (€8), pizza by the slice (€4-5), and fries. Drinks will obviously be available (beer, cocktails, soft drinks, etc.). Restrooms are available in the event area, including facilities for people with disabilities.

The Mart is a 15-minute walk from the Rovereto train and bus station. If you arrive by train, services run approximately every 30 minutes. The last train back is scheduled at 11:39 PM. If you arrive by car, there are several parking options nearby: the covered parking lots Urban Center, Centro Storico, or Rovereto Centro (all about a 10-minute walk), the free outdoor parking at Cimitero San Marco (10-minute walk), and the outdoor parking Achille Leoni (15-minute walk). Parking at the Mart parking lot will not be allowed unless you have a subscription. In that case, parking will not be allowed on level -2, but levels 0 and -1 will remain accessible.

Inside the event area, you cannot bring bottles, cans, water bottles, or sharp objects (no rigid umbrellas, but folding ones are allowed). Therefore, there will be a security check at the entrance, including for the afternoon activities. Of course, bringing food is allowed.

Poplar Utopia is committed to being a safe and inclusive place. For any needs, whether it’s a moment of panic or something practical like earplugs or some sugar, reach out to our volunteers. We are many and ready to help you :)

Activities are confirmed even in case of bad weather (light or moderate rain). Keep an eye on our social media for any updates. In case of thunderstorms, heavy or prolonged rain, or other unpleasant surprises from climate change, we will evaluate whether to suspend the concerts for safety reasons, while all activities inside the Museum will remain confirmed.

If you purchased a ticket for someone else in your name, make sure to transfer it via Dice by 12:30 PM on the day of the event. Alternatively, your friend must arrive with you at the entrance.

Tickets are non-refundable. If you can no longer attend, you can transfer your ticket to a friend or acquaintance through Dice at no extra cost or, if the event is sold out, resell it to the first person on the waiting list.
