But Beautiful was born on a hot summer day in 2021. Eli, Andi, Simon, and Andreas, longtime friends from South Tyrol, first played together at a chaotic sunset show in a castle. After finding the phrase “But Beautiful” in a book, they knew it was the perfect name.

Since then, the band has been experimenting freely with instruments and sounds, creating music that blends emotion, mood, and movement. From songwriting to recording, mixing, and videos, they push their creative limits, embracing mistakes as part of their signature. Simply put—they are But Beautiful.
