LIME GARDEN

Saturday 12 Sep

Making it through your twenties with the kind of biting wit only the south of England seems able to produce, and with that exhilarating instinct to swerve from indie into punk at a moment’s notice. Lime Garden are part of a lineage: one that begins with the obsessive guitar lines of Interpol, stretches across two decades, and finds new life in the hands of their spiritual older sisters, Wet Leg.

Generational frustration, the loneliness that lingers beneath our endless digital connections—these are the flowers growing in Lime Garden’s world. The Brighton quartet distil those feelings into short, restless songs, full of sharp edges and noisy catharsis, creating reflections that an entire generation can recognise themselves in.

We can’t wait to hear those melancholy shards shatter across the grass at Doss.
