Dress Rehearsals for Utopia
With Clima3T, Fondazione Megalizzi, Rete Climatica trentina, Giovanni Mori (Italia Impossibile) and Andrea Fabbri
Who hasn’t thought at least once that “activism” is just for dreamers? Or that politics is a maze of bureaucracy where dreams go in alive and come out crumpled?
In this workshop with Fondazione Megalizzi, Clima3T, Rete Climatica Trentina, Giovanni Mori of Italia Impossibile and Andrea Fabbri, we’ll start from our dreams and try to turn them into political and collective action. Participants will be encouraged to come together, finding tools and allies to make a better future possible.
15:15
TRAP IS DIVISIVE
With: Alberto Piccinini, Giovanni Robertini, Tony 2Milli, Post Swag
Moderator: Marta Blumi Tripodi
In collaboration with: Comune di Trento
Loved and hated, trap has gone from the margins to the charts, becoming a mirror of Italian contradictions: wealth and fear of poverty, redemption and crime, suburbs and city centers. From big names like Sfera Ebbasta or Anna Pepe to the raw storytelling of Baby Gang and Paky, this genre both divides and narrates the present.
We’ll dive into it with Alberto Piccinini and Giovanni Robertini, authors of Maxi Rissa – I diari della trap, with Tony 2Milli, a young artist and Gen Z trap reference in Italy, and with Post Swag 2002, a Trentino collective born in 2002 and operating completely outside the box.
16:00
Talk con Simone Panetti, Matteo Corradini, Auroro Borealo
With: Simone Panetti, Auroro Borealo, Matteo Corradini
Auroro Borealo, Simone Panetti, and Matteo Corradini are three pioneers in the way they’ve understood the potential of the internet. All deeply rooted in underground culture, over the years they’ve built solid communities of people who gathered around them and found themselves reflected in their work.
In this talk, we’ll explore where the person ends and the character begins—starting from their creative process, their vision, and the importance of staying authentic from an artistic perspective. At the heart of the conversation lies one of the most fascinating challenges for any creative: building a world consistent with one’s imagination and letting people step into it and gather around it.
16:30
Queerness e politica
With: Gabriele Piazza,
In collaboration with: Arcigay del Trentino
Content creator, actor, activist, and self-proclaimed “heterophobe,” Gabriele Piazza takes us on a journey through prejudices, laws, and everyday stories from the LGBTQIA+ world—both personal and collective.
It’s a walk (or a runway) led with irony, tenderness, and anger, moving from social media to the streets and back again, always rooted in the Trentino context and its struggles.
17:00
Avant-garde basketball
With: Raffaele Ferraro (@lagiornatatipo) and Marco Crespi (Aquila Basket)
Moreator: Scomodo
For the past few years, Trento has been the cradle of a youth basketball model that’s setting the standard in both Italy and abroad. Here, players grow first as people and characters, before even refining their technical skills—guided by a clear vision and culture.
But how do you build, in Italy, a basketball model that looks to the future? The visionary behind it will tell us, joined by one of the freshest and sharpest voices in sports storytelling, both online and beyond.
17:00 - 18:30
The street belongs to everyone
With: Francesca Fiore e David Zikovitz (DISI Unitrento), Alberto Ornaghi and Claudia Scandola (Associazione GLOW)
How do you imagine a more inclusive city? This workshop starts with a simple gesture—freehand drawing—to transform ideas and visions about diversity, accessibility, and urban safety into small visual works. Using vinyl cutting technology, the illustrations will become stickers to spread throughout public spaces. A simple, hands-on way to see how images can spark new collective narratives and open conversations about the future of our cities.
17:30
Digression - Reading
With: Gian Marco Griffi, Silvia Perosino
It starts with a marginal note and ends up at the center. A reading that opens Digressione: Asti becomes the focal point, a book holds traces of lives (drawings, comments, rules, addresses), and a young man searches for his path between memory and guilt. Through imaginary offices, miniature globes, and false trails, the story shifts pace, derails gracefully, and then returns. Few certainties, many detours: the pleasure lies in getting lost and realizing that this was exactly where we wanted to go.
18:00
Gaza, from the inside
With: Eleonora Colpo and Karem Rohana (@karemfromhaifa)
Moderator: Riccardo Corradini
In collaboration with: Emergency Trento
While public opinion, belatedly, is gradually becoming aware of the ongoing genocide in Palestine, a humanitarian tragedy continues to unfold in Gaza under the eyes of the international community. We hear the voices of those who have experienced the violence of the Zionist occupation firsthand: Karem, whose roots are in Palestine, and Eleonora, an Emergency nurse present in Gaza to assist the victims of the attacks.
DAY 2 - 12 SEPT
14:30
War by Other Means: Tariffs and Trade Wars Between the US and Europe

15:00

This session will explore how to build an authentic artistic vision, blending different languages to create worlds that stick, somewhere between art and pop culture.
15:30
The Society of Prophets: The Story of Those Who Built, Stole, and Refused the Bomb

Science and its discoveries leave each individual alone with their conscience, their ghosts, and the weight of a responsibility that no equation can lighten. Lorenzo Baravalle tells the story of three men, each determined to change the world.
The incredible twist? All three of them succeeded.
15:30 - 17:30
Exophonies creative WRITING LAB

Writing: A Diary as a Sensory Experience
Writing, keeping a diary, as an experience in touch with the senses—immersed in deep, expansive sounds and a simple gesture: to dig, to give back, to rewrite. Siamounmagazine interviews Ele A and Post Nebbia
With Ele A e Post Nebbia, Moderator: SIAMOUNMAGAZINE (@siamounmagazine)
In collaboration with: SIAMOUNMAGAZINE
The meeting between Post Nebbia and Ele A stems from the idea of bringing together two different but complementary approaches to musical writing. On one side, the Padua-based band led by Carlo Corbellini, capable of transforming psychedelia and rock sounds into a visionary, collective narrative where dreamlike imagery mirrors a generation. On the other, Ele A weaves rap, electronic music, and spoken word into direct, autobiographical lyrics rooted in the urban context.
The talk will be an opportunity to reflect on how the present can be told through different sonic and poetic languages, comparing writing methods (surrealism vs. autobiography), production choices (band vs. beatmaking), and connections to local scenes (Padua and the psychedelic Veneto, Switzerland and the independent rap scene). A dialogue that doesn’t aim to smooth out differences, but to show how cross-pollination between distant worlds can open new creative perspectives.
15:30
La Bomba. The Alberto Tomba Show
With: Giuseppe Pastore
Moderator: Giovanni Barsotti
Energetic and outstanding, Alberto Tomba (affectionately known as Tomba La Bomba) was one of the greatest Italian athletes of his generation. Cosplayers
With: Mattia Salvia e Davide Piacenza
Moderator: Scomodo
Mattia Salvia’s latest book, Cosplayers, out soon from NERO, warns us: “Perfect for quelling rebellions, mobilizing the masses, and going viral on social media, cosplay is the politics of the 21st century.” International political news, memetic culture analysis, and philosophy of history are just some of the threads weaving his portrait of our era. Joining him is cultural journalist Davide Piacenza, author of the newsletter Culture Wars.
16:15 - 17:00
The Last One I Saw at the Cinema
With: Harpo Lab, Letterboxd_fuoricontesto
Trash a movie, love a movie. Meme a scene so bad it deserves a third rewatch—maybe one in the theater on a restored print. Talk about movies on social, talk about movies still in theaters—does it matter, as long as people talk? Fresh from Venice and a summer of disappointing Netflix releases, we play with other people’s reviews and our all-time favorites.
One hour of collective games for cinephiles, and especially for those who claim they don’t get it.
16:30
Why Counting Femicide Is a Political Act
With: Donata Columbro
Moderator: Scomodo
Is statistics truly neutral? It depends—firstly, on how the data is collected. In the case of femicide, it isn’t.
Counting femicides isn’t just a technical matter; it’s a political one. It’s about power and the grassroots fight to ensure that numbers become tools for social justice.

Facing History
With: Sara Poma

Some stories arise from an inner drive, from the need to be told. Intimate stories intertwine with larger events, voices that populate a collective, underground narrative of the world. In every work by Sara Poma, a personal perspective weaves together the complexity of an era, merging interviews, fieldwork, and historical focus into a single flow. What do we become when faced with History?
16:30 - 17:30

With: Ciclofficina e Francesco_rajinjo
All the best and worst of those who see a bike as a spaceship to maneuver without an instruction manual. Luckily, there’s the Ciclofficina. And luckily, there’s Francesco, who not only built a cargo bike by himself but also rode it all the way back from his Erasmus in İstanbul. A workshop that’s part travel story, part practical guide.

The Conquest of Unhappiness: How We Became the Disadvantaged Class
With: Raffaele Alberto Ventura
Modera: Federico Zappini tor
Back to exploring the “disadvantaged class”—that’s us, or maybe even those slightly better off than us. If the Western middle class is in revolt, perhaps we’re part of it. If we live and consume energy and resources in the era of disappointment, yet still carry anger and the desire to be ourselves without chasing economic potential, maybe there are still words for us. What to do with them? We’ll figure it out—more or less—together.
17:30
Telling the World Through Food
With: Flavio Parisi e Mariachiara Montera

In Japan, attention to detail, specialized eateries, and the ritual of service; in Italy, the memory of recipes, family tables, stories passed down hand to hand. We’ll explore how ingredients and gestures tell stories of identity, desire, geography, and connection—what it means to grow up between different cultures and how cooking can help make sense of the world around us.
18:00
Temptation Island and Our Generation

Michele Apicella (Nanni Moretti, Bianca) would have loved Temptation Island 2025.

We’ll discuss it with three voices who know a thing or two about media, generational anger, dreams, and the desire to stay true to themselves: Bebo, Nicola H. Cosentino, and Alice Valeria Oliveri.
