It’s a tribute to the romanticization of simple things, which turn into opportunities for experimentation. Enter the eclectic Trentino chef Davide Zambelli, who brings us into his high-altitude kitchen.

Andreas Fernandez is a communication sociologist and environmentalist. He works in the Third Sector as the communication officer for CSV Trentino and Villa Sant’Ignazio. He is the President of the Environment Commission of the Municipality of Trento, delegated to food policies, and serves as the provincial spokesperson for Europa Verde. He believes that environmentalism without social justice is merely gardening.
