Enter the eclectic Trentino chef Davide Zambelli, who brings us into his high-altitude kitchen.

Davide Zambelli is a young food blogger from Trentino, passionate about cooking and entertainment. He won the 2016/2017 edition of La Prova del Cuoco. His motto has always been “I’ve never cooked in silence.” The kitchen is his space for conviviality, where he loves to prepare everything: desserts, appetizers, cocktails, or pasta dishes, with a focus on simplicity.
