What do you do after you've lost everything? For Irbis, there was only one possible answer: an album. After a fire consumed his home and everything in it, Martino spent two years relying on the couches of friends and family to rebuild his life. And writing, processing his emotions, pouring them into an album more radiant than any fire: “Lacrime e cemento” (Tears and Cement).

The road to rebirth is often complex, but Irbis has the tough skin to start over without being defeated. He has music on his side: energetic pop and introspective ballads flow naturally together, while still retaining the underground spirit of the kid who used to smoke in secret on benches in Bovisa, on the outskirts of Milan.
